Geology For Investors Terms of Service (“Agreement”)
Please read these Terms of Service (“Agreement”, “Terms of Service”) carefully before using https://www.geologyforinvestors.com/ (“the Site”) operated by showtheplanet inc. (“us”, “we”, or “our”). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Site at https://www.geologyforinvestors.com/.
By accessing or using the Site in any manner, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the Site or contributing content or other materials to the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Capitalized terms are defined in this Agreement.

- Post or transmit any advertising, promotional materials, or other forms of solicitation, including chain letters and pyramid schemes;
- Violate any applicable law or regulation while accessing and using our sites;
- Offer, sell, or buy any security;
- Post or transmit any file that contains viruses, corrupted files, “Trojan Horses,” or any other contaminating or destructive features that may damage someone’s computer;
- Forge headers or manipulate identifiers or other data in order to disguise the origin of any content transmitted through our sites or to manipulate your presence on our sites;
- Use any automated means, including without limitation, agents, robots, scripts, or spiders, to access, monitor, copy or harvest data from any part of our sites;
- Take any action that imposes an unreasonably or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure or disrupts the functioning of our systems or Services; and
- Take any action that damages or disrupts the functioning of our systems or Services.
Unauthorized access of our sites is a breach of this Agreement. You agree not to access the Site by any means other than through the interfaces we provide for use in our accessing our sites.
We may at any time, without prior notice and at our sole discretion, remove any post, terminate any account, or take any action for violating the above provisions or otherwise taking an action disruptive to the Site. In the event of termination of a paid or premium service, you will receive a pro-rated refund.
You are responsible for statements made and actions taken through the use of your password, so please maintain the confidentiality of your password. You agree to immediately notify the Site of any actual or suspected unauthorized use of your username and password. We will not be responsible for any loss to you arising from unauthorized use of your data.
Premium or Paid Services
Paid or premium services may be offered by the site. When subscribing to a paid or premium service, you may need to provide us, or our transaction processing partners with your name, email address, and billing and shipping addresses, as well as your credit card information. You certify that all information you provide is accurate. You also agree to maintain and update your information as necessary so that it remains accurate and current. In the event that any information you provide is inaccurate or not up-to-date, we reserve the right to cancel your paid or premium service.
Some paid or premium services may provide a free trial or introductory offer. If such an offer is provided, only one per household or email address is allowed at any given point in time. In addition, there is a limit of one trial per person and per email address in any given six-month period unless otherwise stated in the offer.
If you don’t cancel your paid or premium service within the trial or introductory offer period, we will charge the credit card you provided during the sign-up process. You agree to pay the applicable fee as set forth on this site. We reserve the right to change fees or institute new charges upon reasonable notice. Fees are due in advance. You may cancel your access to paid or premium services at any time and receive a pro-rated refund by contacting us.
From time to time, we may offer paid or premium services through third party vendors. In such cases, the vendor’s refund policy would apply and may differ from the our standard policy.
Where applicable, your paid or premium service will automatically renew for the quarterly, annual or other period you originally signed up for, until you notify us of your decision to terminate the paid or premium service. Accordingly, you agree that your fee will be billed automatically at the beginning of each renewal period at the then-current rate to the credit card you used in your most recent transaction with us.
In the event that we terminate a paid or premium service, you agree that we may transfer your subscription to another paid or premium service of equal or greater value.
Termination
We may terminate your access to the Site, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with you. All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

showtheplanet inc. has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party sites or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of any third-party site that you visit.
